We love Full Circle Farm and have had a relationship with them for a very long time, at both Elliott Bay Café and Brasa. Someone had mentioned that they were no longer able to get their CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) boxes from Full Circle because 98104 was no longer a delivery zone.

We use their products here, so I just wanted to help them. This is something I believe in, and their produce is outstanding. I called them up — “I’ll give you my café as a hosting spot.” It really seemed so simple — we could offer the café, early morning to early evening. Simple! We just decided we were going to make this work. There are lots of offices down here, resident lofts, residences where you need a code to get into the place and they can’t leave the CSA box outside, but they can come here. We get to offer that -
